Hello everybody - Here’s a hackMD detailing a plan for the future of the NYC space shared with Decode at Brooklyn Navy Yard.

The proposal has two parts. The first is essentially a list of equipment needed to transform the space into a functional fulfillment center and studio for content creation.

The second part is concerning the compensation of MetaFactory contributors for the fulfillment role, which is based on a straightforward rate per package shipped.

Goals:

  • A functional fulfillment system where packages go out on time.
  • A well organized space with easily accessible inventory.
  • An improved working relationship with Decode.
  • A hub for NYC based content creation for MetaFactory.
