After much thinking and discussion, I believe we have reached a good starting place for stable, monthly compensation for top DAO contributors.
In order to keep things simple, I am proposing a flat rate limited only to those members who are:
a) instrumental to the ongoing success and growth of MetaFactory
b) voted on and acknowledged by other DAO core members participating in stable compensation
c) committing a full time effort to MetaFactory (~30+ hours/week)
Initial participants in this program have been selected based upon the most recent Ops distribution as determined by Coordinape and voted on by DAO members:

MilfDad
Current compensation will be fixed at $3K USD in stablecoins each month, payable on the first of the month.
Participation in the program will be evaluated on a monthly basis and allow for any member to apply for compensation to be voted on by the existing program participants. Current members will also be evaluated on a monthly basis to determine if they are fulfilling expectations or if they should be off boarded from the program due to a change in commitment or responsibilities. DAO Members can also defer from inclusion in the program.
** Its important to understand that this is not meant to limit the potential for payout to any other member, but rather define the process for inclusion in and off boarding from our stable compensation program. Individuals or groups may apply for compensation against scoped project work via Dework bounties and/or Snapshot proposals.
